User Agreement

1. Provider and scope

This app and website are operated by Xuanxue Culture (Hainan) Co., Ltd., providing traditional Chinese Five Arts (Mountain, Medicine, Destiny, Physiognomy, Divination) research tools: charting, interpretation, classical-corpus search, membership and reports.

2. Account and security

Register with your own mobile number or email under a one-person-one-account rule. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, rented or lent.

3. Nature of the service

Charts, reports and interpretations are computed by our local Five Arts engine; AI only organises language. All content is for cultural study and reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, investment or relationship advice, nor any promise of predictive effect.

4. Fees and membership

Membership is ¥88/month or ¥880/year; first-time registrants receive a 15-day free trial. Membership works across all three clients (bound to the same mobile number/WeChat). Virtual services are non-refundable once activated unless otherwise required by law.

Official paid items are limited to: membership ¥88/month, membership ¥880/year, API service ¥980/year, and commercial cooperation (price on request, under a corporate contract). Payment is accepted only through the official website xuanxueai.com.cn. Any other charge, code issuance or request to transfer money to a personal account made in the name of Xuanxue Culture (Hainan) Co., Ltd. is not affiliated with us and is fraud - do not pay, and report it via the official website.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload infringing content, bulk-scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass quotas and security mechanisms.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the engine, documents, report templates, classical-text curation and page content belong to the company or respective rights holders. Personal non-commercial use is permitted; reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires permission.

7. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or terminate parts of the service for upgrades, maintenance or compliance, with advance notice where possible. We may restrict or terminate service if you breach this agreement.

8. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise submitted to the competent court at the company’s location.
